Non woven acoustic pad pasted on the back side with appropriate adhesive. Tile will be manufactured on advanced equipment which includes several leveling and one stage manufacturing. Some tiles to be replaced by Ventilation Grills / Light fixture but not supported from the grid joints of the main tee.

Providing and installing Fire/Water resistant Magnesium oxide tile on 24 / 15mm Techno T-Grid™ / Silhouette / OPERA Techno™ T-Grid. Panels shall be of size 600mm X 600 mm made out of 5 mm thick magnesium oxide board. The exposed surface shall have a PVC lamination with an embossed pattern. The rear side is coated with an aluminum foil. The tile will be manufactured on advanced equipment, which includes several leveling one stage manufacturing. Grid system for fixing ceiling tiles shall comprise of Techno T-Grid™ suspension system. The main Tee runner shall be suspended at an interval of 1200 mm (centre to centre). The cross tee runner shall be suspended at 600 mm centre to centre and further supported with 24mm cross Tee at 600 mm centre to Centre with interlocking arrangements to form grid of 600 mm X 600 mm. Providing and fixing Sterling Crown lay-in gypsum modular ceiling tiles, comprising of 600 mm x 600 mm x 9.5 mm. Ceiling panels consists of an aerated gypsum core encased in strong paper liners. The surface is smooth and even, ideal for various decorative finishes. The panels will be having decorative vinyl designs. The vinyl surfaces of Sterling Crown panels have a water vapor resistance of not less than 15MNs/g. The panels shall have aluminum backing. The aluminum backing increases the tiles thermal insulation performance. Grid system for fixing ceiling tiles shall comprise of Techno T-grid™ suspension system. The 24mm main Tee shall be suspended at an interval of 1200mm centre to centre. Techno Acoustic™ Panel with rubber backing
Providing and installing Techno Acoustic™ panel with / without rubber backing sheet. Panels shall be of size 8' × 4' × 9mm and shall be made out of short polyester fibers. The tile will be manufactured on advanced equipment, which includes carding process and high pressure compression. The panel shall be completely homogenous and will comprise of a dense network of polyester fibers. If required, panels can be cut into requried size or shape and chamfer on the side / edges. there will be a provision of a cutter to generate grooves at the edges. The fire resistance is as specified in the product literature. The color of the panel shall be beige / brown / deep-blue / sky-blue / light-green / dark-green / blue / orange / red / dark-grey / grey / black / light-brown.
